Operates well. The lower speed should be lower, the depth stop should be the threaded rod type which I s visual positive and easily adjusted for small changes of depth. I would pay more for these improvements, Albert Edge

Overall, I'm happy with the unit but, upon delivery it was missing the LED Lightbulb and the on/off switch for it was defective. Forestwest replaced them immediately. However, their warranty replacement form can be challenging. Nevertheless, I would recommend it.

Got one of these drill presses for my birthday. I've been shopping around for a compact press for a while but most had a big enough flaw that turned me away. I pulled the trigger on this one seeing as the price was great and the features are on par or better than some of the other brands. Glad I did, no issues. Easy to assemble and use for DIY stuff. Drills a good hole.

Received the drill press quickly. Found this store/product after much research and deciding to give it a shot - Amazon comparable products were much more expensive. Assembly was straightforward (although the instructions were not great) and it works like a charm. First task I had was to drill multiple large holes through furring strips for electrical wires and it went so much more quickly and precisely than using a hand drill. I'm a DIYer and have wanted to graduate to a drill press for a long time. Glad I finally bit the bullet with this

drill came on time went together easy work very nice have used many times in last week and like all it has done. very nice the price it is very good have no bad things to say about the drill press laser works very good and helpful found to be accurate.
